Amazon India — The product I bought from Amazon India was already damaged and later Amazon has cheated me by providing wrong seller's Id within the warranty per

I am Niharika, I bought a watch from Amazon India, with order ID[protected] and the seller was "Adonis Biz.". Titan Tycoon Analog Black Dial Men's Watch - NE9452KD01J, which cost me Rs. 10927/- . It was an occasional watch which used to wear very rarely. Few days before the warranty period ends, the watch fell off from the hand and broke into pieces. With the pieces, I am left with I approached Titan showrooms at Chembur, Mumbai, they said the watch with a ceramic strip was earlier fixed with some glue or fevistick which doesn't allow it to be repaired by warranty and along with that the warranty card has been not stamped from the seller. Then I had contacted Amazon describing the same damage of the watch and pre-condition of it (glued strip of the watch). I have had a chat conversation with Amazon all the time when I contacted them (about 6 conversations). First three conversations were made before the warranty period has ended. During the conversation, they said "as the product was in warranty I need to contact the seller and ask for claiming the warranty and they have provided me the seller's link (seller-- United sales Co., which is incorrect) where I can contact them". I have appreciated their help and messaged the seller regarding the problem with the product. The seller replied, "he couldn't recognize the order ID and asked to recheck and send the proper order ID". Although the order id was correct, I have resent it. Then I had to contact Amazon regarding this issue and I have asked them to resend the correct seller's id, which upon request they have provided with the same link which made me resend the order id again to the same seller. Third time i have asked Amazon for the correct seller's id.. they didn't respond to the message even.
"They didn't provide me with the correct seller's Id within the warranty period".
Next day i.e. the day after the warranty is completed "I have asked for the seller's ID again and asked to recheck and correctly send it" then they have sent it correctly (Adonis Biz.). I messaged the seller but till now I didn't receive any reply from them.

Secondly, they have asked me to go the Titan showroom and get the service denial certificate which upon trying the service centers have not provided it.

After discussing everything with Amazon in detail regarding the way I got cheated with the product and the way they have behaved with me giving wrong seller's Id when I contacted them within the warranty period. And later giving the correct seller's id when warranty is completed.

They now just say " contact the manufacturer as we can't help you with this anymore".
The last two conversations I made with them haven't been sent to my email ID.

I really want you to help me resolve this issue.
