I have ordered two amazon fulfilled products on 26th April. Products are "one Lenovo K4 note case cover and a screen guard". At the time of order they displayed that delivery to my area pin code is available and product will be delivered within 7 to 10 days. But after 15 Days I contacted to their customer support team and they kept on confirming that product will be deliver within 48 hours. After 20 days I got an email that they can not deliver the product they will refund my money. Again I contacted to their support team and they requested me to order the products again and this time they will definitely deliver the products on time but again after 15 days I got an email that they can not deliver the product.
Question is if they can not deliver me the product then why they are displaying the message "delivery to my area pin code is available and shall be delivered between 7 to 10 days" at the time of placing order.
Why their customer support team keep on confirming that they will deliver the product. I have been waited for 35 to 40 days and finally I did not receive the product.Why they wasted my time?
I wrote to their senior people but they also ignored my request to deliver the product.
I wan to file a consumer case against them. I have all proof email confirmations and delivery fails email.
They should pay penalty for their fraud commitment and wasting my time.
