I had brought a ₹3000+ monitor but it turned out to be defective on turning it on the the very first try. Then I issued a return request. When the delivery boy came, he showed me a checklist with items to be returned which were not part of the original order at all! All mismatched items. Those items aren't there on the item page on amazon either.
I tried returning it 6 times, but many times the checklist even changed containing absurd sub items, not part of the original item! At this point this is nothing more than customer harassment.
I have contacted customer contact multiple times and each time they have said that they will totally remove the checklist but that never happens but instead new checklists with items not part of the original item are included.
This problem is occurring in the shibpur/howrah region of Amazon.
