Amazon India — transaction of 500 rupees, 500 rupees debited but not credited in other account

20/09/2019, transaction with amazon upi account to sbi account. My transection is successful but not debited in sbi account. My transection date is 28/09/2019. I am already complain in bank but bank is not responding. I am complain in both bank,. Uco and sbi bank but both bank are not responding. So request you to kindly grant my complain. Thanku
