Amazon India — TV not delivered | |||||
First i got broken TV (ORDER #[protected] and its taken more than seven days for someone to pick it up and now replacement is still not showing as delivered, even the delivery date i.e. 7 November is exceeded . So i asked them for clarification -why is it so hard for them to deliver a single TV and what is the status of it :- due to a technical error at the fulfillment center the package hasn't dispatched yet. Please check the attached image to see expected date. They even don't want to give Gift cards for wasted time. I have been long time amazon customer but now had enough of this, so please help.
