ORDER #[protected] received the sub woofer but not the speaker set...when i filed a a-z claim...i was told that i would be helped to get a full refund...thats ok now the problem starts... I had ordered the product via EMI..received a part of the product, but had paid the full amount...if a certain or the full amount is refunded back..still i would be paying interest @ 12% on 4399...so i would be paying for something that i did not even get...so whats the resolution when i complained about the matter this was the response.. And help you in initiating the full refund from the seller end. In this case I see that the claim was filed on November 1 so the investigation is on process. Once the investigation complete with the seller. My team will get back to you with the details regarding the refund. A reimbursement will be credited directly to the same payment method used for your purchase. Rest assured that Amazon will take the complete responsibility in initiating the refund from the seller end. Me: now i got a mail stating that i was not available so the package could not be delivered since i had ordered the product on emi i would be charged for 4399 from my bank even if the seller refunds me certain amount, , now what should i do... why should i be paying interest on something which i did not even get.. who is to be blamed for this ? This is not our intension, I see that you have placed the order with the third seller, I will forward this issue to my concern team and make sure that this won't happen again. Me: so i have top pay the interest on something that i did not get...is that what you want to say... whats your policy in cases like this Sathish: I am so sorry. We are unable to initiate that from our end, however we will help you with the full refund from the seller end. Me: i am not going to return the part of the order...since i needed it desperately...and i have already used it Sathish: Since claim was filed you no need to return the order. We will help you with the full refund once the investigation completes. Please be assured in this case. Me: i give u 4399..u return me back 4399...now an interest at the rate of 12% is levied on my part of the amount...what about the interest...??? there was no fault on my part...its your fault...so why should i be paying for it that is the question??? Sathish: I'm so sorry, but we can't offer any additional insight or action on this matter. Is there anything else I can help you with?
