Hi amazon,
It is very bad on you part to fool your prime customers with wrong promise delivery dates on your amazon india app.
Order details are below
Order date 4th oct 2016
Order no:[protected]
Amazon customer care informed me that it will be delivered on[protected] and did not deliver.
When called customer care they mentioned[protected] later again date changed to[protected].
When talked to customer care on[protected] the delivery date is again changed to 18th oct 2016. I can neither cancel order from the app now.
Every time i have to call the customer care to know the status of the order.
Amazon need to wave off prime member ship fees and also provide discounts on the order. Was this information helpful? |
