Amazon India — Unethical behaviour | |||||
Hi, Today i have ordered a Moto G Turbo Phone on Amazon India for 4999/-, after i have applied a coupon code, and it is placed successfully with out any failure. Now i received a mail that mentioned they successfully initiated refund of 4999/-, i havent received any call about the cancellation of my order of the same. I haven't cancelled the order, it was done by amazon guys. Hi,
I have received an email yesterday from Amazon stating about the auto cancellation of product purchased.
As a end user when I order a product I'll not be knowing about the technical issues. What I see is where to buy it and where I am getting it for less price. But with this situation at Amazon they have cheated us by doing some fake advertisement and to loot money from us.
I request a Justice for the situation what happend to me and deliver me the product. It is not my fault if a technical glitch happens at Amazon and they should be bound to deliver me the product
