Hi,
I've purchased many products from Amazon but this time Amazon has shown his most pathetic & unprofessional commitments.
I ordered Bose Sound sport Wireless on 17th Nov with prime one day delivery service by paying 100rs extra as policy by Amazon. It was supposed to get delivered on 18th but it didn't.
Same day i initiated 2 calls to the Amazon Customer care & Got Assurance from the Amazon Staff that item won't get deliver on 18th but it will get deliver anyhow by 1pm on 19th. Assurances was provided by Ramvidhya P. & praveen
Next morning just for confirmation, i contacted amazon & talked to Rajat & Shri Hari (Senior Manager). They committed that they won't be able to deliver by 1 pm but will deliver by 2-3 pm as it got stuck in Haryana.
Around 2:00 i contacted back & got hopeless guy on call Lakhwinder. Who took me on hold for 25 min just to tell me that it won't get deliver on 3 pm but it may get deliver by 7pm.
Finally i initiated to cancel this deal & asked them to return my money back but as per their policy it will get credit in 3-4 working days.
People at Amazon, this was not just a product. This was gift for someone on his birthday & we are not able to enjoy it cause of you people.
& we won't be able to purchase new from Local Store as money is stuck with you all.
every guy has confirmed their commitments in written but failed to deliver commitments.
Amazon you have spoiled my day & someone's gift.
thank you so much for such a bad & pathetic experience!
I want all refund on 19th only.
