Recently i made few purchases online through amazon and had very bad experience. I would like to give the following details orderwise for reference.
1. Order no.[protected] nayasa casserole set. After receiving order confirmation, the supplier m/s.Amrex informed me over phone that the ordered item cannot be shipped to my address and asked me to cancel the order. Amazon did not send any message. Two days later when i contacted amrex, they replied the item is being despatched so need not be cancelled. Two days later, amrex informed that they have despatched also. But the status shows not yet despatched. Later i recevied message from amazon that they are cancelling the order and payment is being refunded. Your comment is 'very rare such incidents happen'. Still i received a mail from amrex that the item is despatched. I am attaching their mail copy herewith. I was disappointed and frustrated with this type of business transaction.
2. Order no.[protected] lakinzi men's remie linen unstiched fabric[protected] what i ordered was pink color and what i received was black. I am enclosing the photographs of the both. Really i was disappointed.
3. Order no.[protected] - optimistic home furnishing 100% cotton diwan set. I received a damaged piece. I am enclosing the photo of the same. Once again i was deeply disappointed.
You may tell that if the item could not be despatched amazon will arrange refund and if defective items are received to return the goods for replacement. Is it the sort of business the customer should do with amazon? i dont want to return and ask for replacement. I feel sorry for doing business with amazon online
