Amazon India — Untimely delivery and wrong full dealing

The ref. no. of complain is order no.[protected]. the thermous flask was to be delivered on 15 th. oct. the delivery man came early in the morning and i gave him my debit card . my bank gave me a sms that rs. 525/ has been deducted. but your delivery man says that the money has not been credited. i told him to come back after some time so that i could arrange money but he did not come. in the evening i got a sms that the address is not located . how stange. to day i enquired at my bank and got the information that rs. 525/ has been deducted from my a/c. now i do not under stand this kind of behaviour from a co. like amazon.

I have order for MICROMAX YU YUREKA CHARGER as par deal but received charger by the name of signature brand which is not working properly so please change it or give me cash back as wrong product delivered without any information to me.
