Amazon India — Whey protein gold standard and prostar | |||||
Dear sir, I have ordered for wheyprotein gold standard on and prostar ultimatum on 28 apr and 11 may 2017 respectively... Both the orders were automatically returned. I was not contacted even once by the delivery person in the vizag.. And when i tried to call customer care, they had no clue as to what to do and how to help. I must have called atleast 10 calls including few calls to the delivery person.. Customer care personnel mr ashish had promised that he would ensure ur item will reach on time.. Thereafter no action has been taken. I have even asked them to file complaint against the delivery person who refused to deliver the item I m very ashamed of the services and organisation you have built up . I know there will be no action taken against even this complaint. I haven't got any feedback regarding my complaints and i don't expect anything from amazon.. This will be the last time i will be ordering anything from amazon.. I will strictly advocate people to go for other online sites rather than amazon.. I will always quote this example to people.. I purchased a memory card for Rs. 2260 from amazon.in on 17 may 17. Got it delivered by dhelivery on 20 may 17. When i open the box, i found a keychain.
