I had placed an order for a philips trimmer (Id[protected]) which was to be delivered on 2nd october. Since the past 3 days, i have been taken for a joy ride by your delivery boys who don't pick up the calls. Thrice they claimed to have "attempted delivery" (Once even at 11.14pm, screen shot attached)
After calling the customer helpline number over 10 times (Have all the call recordings) and messaging them constantly over the last 3 days (Check the message log) and also registering a complaint yesterday, i was told by the delivery agent today that " main busy hoon, kal karunga delivery". (Recording available). When i called customer service, i was told the parcel is being returned because i refused. Wth!
Since the past three days, i am calling and messaging like an #. I am a surgeon and yet i remove time. I am travelling abroad for 20 days on monday which is why i needed the trimmer.
1) why was a lied to that the delivery was attempted when no one came? (Multiple calls and messages from your end i have received apologising for the same)
2) who the hell authorised to return the product? (Can't be me, since i am still writing this)
3) if i have to reorder the prices have gone up. Will you guys pay me the difference?
4) most importantly i have to travel on monday for which i needed the product. Had you guys said we are not capable of product delivery earlier, i could have bought the product from flipkart at the same price.
Not only have you guys wasted my time and energy, you have treated me like # and made me feel like a beggar who has been given freebies.
Is that how you treat customers? Your attitude towards your customers is pathetic. Do you take your customers for granted?
I hope i get a solution to this failing which i'll have to go the legal for since you have cheated me, lied to me, wasted my time and energy and caused me mental agony.
