My last order coolpad cool 1 mobile, excepted delivery on april 22 but i get the mobile april 24, then i open the box and checked mobile was worth, so many issue in this model, 1. Jio video call not support, audio issue, camera issue, while charging so much heat, sound issue, same day i request for return and refund, after that no one intimate me, then i called and asked they said smartchk app install and checked with your customer care there camera issue founded, jio video call not support founded audio issue also, then they said we have policy only replacement, if it is replacement also same model same issue will repeat right, why are you doing like this, or else replacement some other model in same cost. This thinks i spoken to your customer came so many time since last week till now also. And yesterday i communicate with your customer care support engg said replacement the same model not available so we will refund the money, he will create the return request tomorrow courier boy will come and collect in the morning but still now no one came, that's what just now i chat with your one more customer care engg mr. Shashank he has not respect the customer while chatting he cut the session without my permission, i said please check with yesterday chat details then you come to know but he did not listen my word he cut the session. This is the way you treat the customer. I want clear solution or else i'll complaint consumer court against amazon. Why i waste my money this is the faulty mobile i want to refund or else some other model you can give me..
