I received this product, two days later from expected date of delivery. The product is old, damage and copper filter is missing. I raised compaint about this issue. Amazon customer care executive said they'll send replacement product with very neat delivery. On 26th August, I got notification as the replacement product is returning to seller from final destination. I contacted customer service representative regarding this, they told replacement product got damage during shipping so they returning to the seller. And they said, they'll take back that damaged product from me and refund that amount. As they said, they took that product from me on 28Aug2021.
Finally I didn't received product and I have to wait 5 days for refund. Amazon wasted my one month for this product. Customer care is worst and they're not ready to understand my issue. I asked to deactivate my Amazon account for this issue. Immediately she send one link to me to deactivate the account. They don't want customers and they are not ready hear our inconvenience.
No action is taken against the seller for old damage and missing item.
No action is taken against the delivery agent who damage the replacement product during shipping.
No action is taken for delivering the product after expected date.
Only they sent me the link to deactivate from Amazon.
Worst behaviour and worst service. I wasted one month for the product. It's the gift and lesson given by Amazon Service. Was this information helpful? |
