I had ordered Nokia 2660 Flip 4G Volte keypad dated 08 August 2023. The delivery was received on 09 August 2023. When i opened it after 10 minute the product inside was a headphone of Boat. I immediately took pictures of the same and requested a return and refund of the product. In the reason for refund i clearly mentioned that i have received wrong product. I have also posted photo of headphone which i had received by Amazon. Attaching photos of the product received in the parcel.
Next to next day on 11 August 2023, i have not received any feedback from Amazon India then i called to Amazon executive I spoke with him, but executive told me that we have delivered correct product so that we can't take your request further.
In the entire process i was never once contacted or informed of the process being done. So amazon sold a product to me through Appario Retail Private Ltd (which is ultimately held by Amazon group). The delivery was fulfilled by Amazon. Investigation team was of Amazon. I was not contacted once and Amazon concluded that i am a fraud and not entitled to return & refund. Where are the principles of natural justice here? Why was i not contacted even once before deciding that i am a fraud? How did the investigation team conclude that i had changed the product? Without asking me the customer about the facts how can investigation be closed by Amazon?

I request to consumer team please take tight action against Amazon India to avoid any such kind of issues with another customer.
I am still waiting for return & refund.
