I ordered on 1 october 2016 your website a lenovo laptop (Order#[protected]
But by mistake wrong item was sent me from your side. It's a electronics wight machine (Pictures is in an attachment).
As per discussed your executive please find attachment & give me refund on my bank account as earliest as.
Product return invoice number or tracking id[protected].
I called your tollfree number so many time but anyone could not answer properly & promtly.

What about my refund?
