Amazon India — wrong product delivery / return

Dear sir, since last 4 months i am waiting for wrong product to be replaced, and despite too many complains by me and lots of assurances given bye you people. Still the product lying with me, it's a matter of deep agony for me, my regestered no is [protected] kindly see yourself and do the needful, lest i will go to fir your company.
