I have ordered a Samsung galaxy m30s and received a redmi 7. Even after entering correct OTP, the package I received was of different unique id but with all my correct details, name and address.

Still Amazon customer care people are not accepting there mistake of sending a wrong package with correct name and details.
Customer care support is not ready to even have further conversation on this issue. They are just telling that we have send the correct product.
If product was correct, how my unique id got changed which is printed on the package not separately pasted. The unique id and OTP was send by Amazon over mail. If that is not matching, what is the customer's fault in that case.
They are not able to handle orders during sale time. Amazon was know for its best service. Now it's being degraded day by day.
I have wasted 16k shopping from Amazon with no fault of my own.
