Amazon India — wrong product received

I ordered noise colorful pro2 from amazon but i received wrong product. Now coustmer service is saying that they can not do anything to resolve this issue. Coustmer service executive was saying that we sent correct product it lost somewhere but we can not help in this issue. I am sending u this complaint hoping that this complain would ve heard. Thak you
