I ordered 2 packs of medium size Himalaya baby pants diapers but small size was delivered..When I called customer care he asked me to send the photos of the diapers delivered so that any further action csn be done .After sending pictures immediately got a call from the customer care and the call was connected to Ms Aishwarya addressed herself as investigating specialist. I raised my concern of replacing it with medium size since its a mistake on their part She asked me to wait for 5 - 6 days since they have to do the investigation. Can I know what kind of investigation has to be done for such a small thing.she said u wil get a call from our team or u have to call to know the status but I didn't get any call, so on the third day I I called up to know the status since during this lockdown period I don't want to go out with my small kid as i was in need of diaper .But the response I got from the lady was very bad and rude .She said do whatever u want, wherever u want to complain u can nothing is going to happen . .Am not going to process it before five days .I[censored] dont know the counting then I will teach u .Is this the way u talk to thw customers .If she wants she could have done it before that .But really very disappointing from Amazon part
Is it a big issue after all I have sent the pics .
For a mistake on ur side I have to bear for it .
