Amazon India — zero customer value | |||||
Sir/ma’am 1. I’m captain deepak kumar, placed an prepaid order of cost value rs 4299. /- on 14dec2018. Whose tentative date of delivery was 31dec2018. My order has not yet delivered nor my money returned. 2. I contacted customer care services nine times by calls, wrote e-mails, messaged seller on amazon page but not farting my issue resolved. Customer representative of amazon is just avoiding to return my money as the product is getting sales by third party and they are not accountable. 3. An customer is paying in advance for product because of brand value of amazon. And seller is saying on amazon only because amazon has authorised him.
