Good morning sir,
I am ramabu. I have an amazon account. I wanted to buy cool pad note 3 on its flash sale. At first sale and the second sale i missed just because of the payment gate way. So third time i dicided to send my money to my gift card so that i can buy my item easily when i sent my gift card balance they first put my account on hold then after 70 days they finally closed my accouhnt permanently.

First i complained once for this issue. A person paul responded for my complaint he said that i will receive my refund in 2-3 days it is about 13 days over no refund received. He is also not responding for my mails yet. Plaese help me.
