Amazon — Not getting refund for prepaid cancelled items

I have ordered a product from amazon by online payment and later on I cancelled that product on[protected].
ORDER NO. :[protected]
Amount : 419.0 INR

I got confirmation email from amazon for cancellation of product. After that I got approx 4-5 email and messages that your refund is successful. But I didn't get deducted amount to original payment mode.

I got this email from amazon

Hello,
This is to confirm that refund for amount 419.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

Today almost 19 days passed but not got refund for that order. Kindly solve my problem..
