Dear support team,
I ordered the realme buds 2 from amazon via seller appario retail private limited for ₹599 on 21 september 2020.

I received the product as an empty box with 2 cells and the manual on 25 september 2020.
Fortunately i have recorded the unboxing.
On same day i request and contacted both seller and amazon team to help to get the refund.

An executive from customer service told me to send the images of box via email and will send some person for investigation and you will surely get you refund. Mean while i was also requesting and taking help from amazon team. But no investigation person came to my place. I am not getting confidence on the investigation, whether it will do anything or not.
Also i have heard that nothing fruitful come after investigation and you have to file a legal complaint against them.
Just for your update, i do the lots of shopping with amazon since 2018. Some time they send me wrong product but they refund the money too.
Only this time they send me empty box any now they are not refunding the money not the product which i paid. And also they are saying there is lots return request made from my account so kindly manage it.
So its humble request to support team please help me to get the money from them. I am attaching the box and parcel images along with the proper video clip. I am begging you to support in this and take strike action on it. Please contact me if you need any more information on my no : [protected]/[protected]. I really appreciate if some one can help me in this to get support. Thanks and with regards, rony.
