I ordered a Women's smartwatch from amazon on 13-Aug-2022. I received the parcel on 16-Aug-2022. I open it and see that I did not get the original product I received a fake product. As per my habit, I shoot an unboxing video of the parcel. They told me to return our original product, but I did not receive the original product how can I return it?
I request Amazon to return this fake/duplicate/wrong product. They pick up the parcel and after some days they email me, we did not provide a refund to you. I called on customer care so many times but they did not answer me properly.
I request for refund on social media also but after 5 days they told me the same answer we did not provide a refund to you. I have proof of the fake product that I received.
So Here I attached a video of the fake product also.
