Amazon — Order cancellation not getting help | |||||
I have booked a cool pad mobile phone in amazon.in website and later i have decided to cancel the order after seeing the poor reviews. I have tried to cancel the order within 10 mints after the booking but i have got error unable to process.Then contacted[protected] amazon customer care and their customer care person assured me to cancel the order from their end.Today morning again i tried for cancel the request and it was sucessfuly accepted.But when contacted the CC for refund amount they are telling i have to wait till the delivery date which i have already cancelled.
