The product was returned by the post office itself as on as the package was damaged and lighter than the mentioned weight said the staff of the post office. I also received an email on 21st of august that the item is being returned and will refund me. On 25 sept. They said that the will refund full amount in my bank account, but they did not. And in oct 13 they started asking for courier receipt, saying that "we can only refund when we get the photo of the courier receipt. But they never did mentioned about the receipt and how am i suppose to get it now ie. After 2 and 1/2 months. I did talked to the customer service of amazon about the issue but they said they cant help regarding this issue until they get the receipt. But they already said that they will refund me, and so how can they make excuses now. I have forwarded the email they had sent please have a look. Was this information helpful? | |||||
