Product with ID[protected] was ordered on 18-Feb-2017 & status updated on 20-Feb-2017 saying delivered to customer. When i called back on 20-Feb-2017 the amazon person said wait till 23-Feb-2017 will be delivering the material. On 23-Feb-2017 when again called the amazon person told they can not provide the material & they will put enquiry on the "Amazon Transportation Services, Tracking #:[protected]" as the status is updated wrongly. It was also told on 24-Feb-2017 that they will initiate the refund & will be provided withing 4 business days, as part of compensation 200rs voucher will be given. I had requested mail regarding same & amazon call representative replied they wont be sending any mail however the internal tracker will be updated with the same. On 24-Mar-2017 again followed up as i didnt recieve payment & voucher. I had to explain whole process to amazon rep again & finally got back my money. However the voucher not provided saaying i dont have mail confirmation. Amazon is doing such type of cheating they dont track the what they talk to customer & customer will end up in loss for ordering through amazon. Customer care executives dont send any mails but cut the call saying shortly will be sending.
Being a frequent user of amazon i faced the cheating from Amazon. Strongly recommend to take up some action.
