Amazon — Product return refund still not received

Updated by Nareshnarayanan My Name is Naresh, mobile "[protected]". have purchased "RMG Wireless Water Level Indicator with Tank Full and Tank Empty Alarm" value Rs.2569 from Amazon delivered on 12 Dec 2020 due to wrong address, the product is returned to delivery person at the time of delivery and I got a mail from Amazon stating that product refund is successfully processed on[protected] and it will reflect in 4 business days, with Refund Reference # 30005103360336142628623 but amount not received so contacted bank as per Indian Bank manager instructed I have waited for 40 days but still amount is not received from Amazon side.Please check and do the needful.still it is not resolved.
