Amazon — Product undelivered

I had placed an order on amazon a week back and tracking it almost every day. On the day of delivery the delivery guy called up asking for the address. After one hour I called him back asking for the order the guy started yelling at me that he will not come so far and that the company does not provide him for the petrol charges. I requested him but he said he will not deliver. Again the same guy called the same day evening again asked for the address. And told he is coming but never came. When I called back he did not answer. Now when I track the order on my account it shows return request accepted but I have not requested for any return. This is very cheap
