Amazon — Refund not credited despite refund being initiated by Amazon 454.93

I am filing this grievance regarding a refund that has not been credited despite the refund being initiated by Amazon.

I made a UPI payment of ₹454.93 on 22 July for an order containing HIVADO Men’s Body Wash – 250 ml. The order was subsequently cancelled on 23 July.

Amazon’s order/refund status clearly shows that the refund was initiated on 23 July and that the amount of ₹454.93 is to be refunded to my original payment method.

The refund information displayed by Amazon states that refunds to a UPI-linked bank account may take up to 5 working days. However, even after the stated processing period, the refund has not been credited to my bank account.

I request that the concerned parties investigate the delay and ensure that the full refund of ₹454.93 is credited to my original payment method without further delay.
