I purchased a product on amazon on 13th of July 2020 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 16th of July 2020 maximum time frame was 4 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332740198019717817248. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response. Invoice for Jiwa Steel Cut Oats, 1.4 kg (Saver Pack) 295.00 is not given. Please check and confirm the status. I'm going to file in banking ombudsman.
