I have placed my order on amazon on 28 feb 2019 and cancelled it on the same day. However my payment has not been refunded till date. I made that order through temporary login. And an amount of rs 3565 was deducted from my account. Everytime i try to call your customer care that say that amount has been refunded and everytime i approach my bank they tell me that there is no refund amount credited in your account. This is such a harassment and i would like to proceed with consumer forum if it will not be resolved. It's been more than 6 months now. I can give you my account details to confirm that no such refund has been made till now. I don't have the order i'd but i m sure you can track that from my name mobile no and account payment details.
