Order id - order #[protected] Product - egate i9 led hd projector We requested for return and its been a month already, the amazon customer care keeps assuring they will come and pick up. Its for my parents in law and they are old people. They kept them available for the pick ups everyday. Its really hurtful to see how commitments are shattered by the delivery people and now they are asking my inlaws to drop it at the courier center.
