[Resolved]  Ambank Group — ask for refund for wrongly

Saya chan heng ann telah salah transfer payment kepada payee on 28/07 dan buat report kepada customer service on 03/08 tetapi sampai hari ini still tak feedback. Setiap kali saya call pun tak dapat any feedback from customer service. Setiap kali pun beritahu akan minta person incharge call back tapi tak ada, sudah 2minggu. Saya nak tahu kena buat macam mana? Pls call me or my wife
