The powerbank is completely charged but it is not working even after continuously pressing the power button given on the powerbank.
I have tried to re-charge it and then again switch it on but it does not seem to respond.
Also the slot given to charge the powerbank is also abruptly very small hence the wire supplied in the box cannot be used and i had to buy a new wire for just charging the powerbank

I have Purchased Ambrane 20000mAh Lithium Polymer Power Bank (Stylo-20K, Black) in amazon online shopping in 26.07.2019. But slow charging and HOLE (yesterday 10.10.2019) in corner area. So, I Kindly request replace in Power Bank. O.N[protected]
