Wired mode worked much better

Simple socket switch fixed it

On my first night in the dorm, I plugged my laptop charger into the ATA-03 and noticed a tiny spark at the socket. I panicked and unplugged everything immediately. Charging speed improved after using the right port

I plugged my phone into the Charge 100 expecting super fast charging, but it felt slower than my normal adapter. Since it’s a 100W charger, I genuinely thought the product was defective. Low quality product and failure to fix under warranty

Charging improved after fixing the settings

Stylo N20 has built-in Type-C cable that is genuinely useful during travel. My only issue was that charging speed felt slower than I expected in the first few uses. I contacted support and they asked me about my phone settings and even the temperature around me. Turns out fast charging can slow down if the power bank gets warm, and I also had fast charging turned off on my phone without noticing. Once that was sorted, it worked much better....

Cleaning the port fixed the loose connection

I was using the RCT-15 in my car when I started noticing frequent disconnections, especially on bumpy roads. I thought the cable might be wearing out.
