Fast charging worked after switching cables

I got the PowerMini 20 for fast charging, but my phone never showed the fast charge notification, which was confusing. I contacted support and they asked about the cable I was using. Needs proper cleaning to function properly

I use MiniVac 02 for cleaning my car since kids tend to make a mess in the back seat. First attempt didn’t go very well because the suction felt weak and it barely picked up the dirt from the floor mat. I assumed the product might not be strong enough and called to complaint. Power bank customer service horrors

Bought an Ambrane Aerosync Maglite power bank from Zepto.

Issue from day 1: wireless charging is extremely slow (~2W). I already have another unit of the same model which gives ~7–8W on the same phone, so this is not a compatibility issue.

Contacted Ambrane support on 20 March. They asked for invoice, videos, device details etc. After that, they told me to courier the product to their Delhi service centre...

Consistent battery backup after full charging

I bought Ambrane MiniCharge 20 because I spend long hours outside during field visits and needed something reliable. Noise went back to normal after clearing blockage

Correct port usage gave normal laptop speed

Replacement was approved fast

After a few weeks, my MiniCharge 20 itself started taking longer to recharge fully. I contacted customer support assuming battery wear. Full performance came back with the right wire

I plugged my laptop into Ambrane RAAP G65 expecting it to work like my original charger, but my laptop showed “slow charging”. It worked, but not at the same speed, which was disappointing. Battery percentage confused me

Ambrane Stylo N2 was like a good backup, but the battery percentage on the power bank was a little confusing. It jumped from 3 bars to 1 bar quickly, so I could not properly judge how much charge was left.
