Submitted the power bank on 26th OCt 2023 to your authorised dealer My Mobile care Pimpri today. Please speak to them for replacement.

Product battery bank 27000 is a premium product which got dangerously exploded which you can see in video.

Very much disappointed with quality and product got bad in just 9 months

Expect replacement for product bad...

Product not charged any other product....

Power not supply is very bad condition on power supply...

I have purchased EP56 earphone from a retailer in bhopal dated 26th july 2023. he gave me 6 months waranty but within a month only, earphone stop working. i wrote about the same to the company, mailed them as well but no action has been taken.
moreover they are asking me to courier it.
kindly look towards this. seeking for timely redressal....

I purchased the product on 3rd of October and submitted it to your service center for repair on 28th Oct bearing the call ticket no Ticket No:[protected]. From that i waiting for the repair/replacemht. it is already 25 days gone....

I had purchased ambrane wise crest smartwatch in the month of March. It was working fine until June. Just recently I noticed the screen has developed a crack. Ambrane customer care denied service of the smartwatch and also did not let me claim warranty. I was told that the crack on the watch is my mistake and I must have dropped it down...

I have bought a Power Bank on 28th Dec 2022 . But it is not working now . Not light is also working. It also supports wireless charging. It is not also working...

I ordered the product on 17th of june. The product was received by their courier service on 23rd of june .I still have not received the product.Then i contacted the customer care to get my refund .But this is when i realized i should have never ordered a product from this company. I puchase Stylo 20k in March 2023, after using I complaint about it's capacity which was not satisfactory. Complaint against it was still unresolved. Now after 3 months it stop working. Customer care no on website is not answering calls, no response from Customer care mail ID. Hope complaint from here will work....

Sir/mam, i mukesh thappa place an order of ambrane eon pro smartwatch on 3 may and received it on 17 may and within 10 days of receiving this watch my watch Speaker stops working, no sound coming while calling and music listening. It a request to you please look into this matter and provide me the best service. I am very disappointed with this . I attached all necessary proofs ....

My order delivery date was yesterday (22/05/2023) but I haven't received it yet, I tried contacting Ecom express but they are not replying. Kindly check on that and deliver it asap, it has Beena week since I ordered. And Ecom express is not updating any delivery details also so please check on that.
