My replacement order is in ambrane service centre not received yet from 17 days
Worst experience ever with ambrane india.
My order getting picked up on 1 augest 2023 and today 17 aug 2023 not getting replacement product yet.
i did not recevied any order id

whenever i called customer care theysaid 7-10 days but its been 17 days my order pickedup

    I had purchased ambrane wise crest smartwatch in the month of March. It was working fine until June. Just recently I noticed the screen has developed a crack. Ambrane customer care denied service of the smartwatch and also did not let me claim warranty. I was told that the crack on the watch is my mistake and I must have dropped it down

            I purchased ambrane wise eon smart watch on sep 2022 last year. The product in not in defective state and within warranty period . I took service center details from Ambrane website contacted nearby service centers, but all are denying the service for Ambrane products . May i get some genuine support for this ..

            You shall have no coverage under warranty if the product has been subjected to abnormal use, spills of liquid or unauthorized repair.

              Purchased Ambrane 10000 mah Powerbank at Flipkart, was delivered at 23 of June; it stopped working after 12 days and it completely died on its own. I have reached out to Ambrane customer service multiple of times but no one is responding to mails or calls; please look into this matter

                I purchased ambrane 20000 mah power bank on sep 2022 last year. I rarely used it except in some exceptional cases. Recently i used it more frequently and now it is not getting charged. Only 9 months before i purchased and usage is also very less and it is now become defective. Please help me in the matter.

                  Not giving refund for a product product which has been paid and not been delivered

                  I ordered the product on 17th of june. The product was received by their courier service on 23rd of june .I still have not received the product.Then i contacted the customer care to get my refund .But this is when i realized i should have never ordered a product from this company. Even though i was exhausted with the delivery delay, i really got mad when i was told that i would be only getting my refund when ambrane gets the product back...

                  I puchase Stylo 20k in March 2023, after using I complaint about it's capacity which was not satisfactory. Complaint against it was still unresolved.                         I bought Ambarane wice roam 2 smart watch from filpcart on 8th May 2023. Now it has only two days of battery backup. Similarly, when the watch is shaken, the display does not turn on. I request you to resolve these complaints

                        We would like to inform you that the Wise-roam2 smartwatch provides backup upto 2 days only with "BT Calling" but normally it can last upto 7 days once fully charged. The standby time is 15 days.

                        Kindly check accordingly.

                        If the same problem persists, follow the below procedure:

                        *Initially reset the smartwatch & disconnect/forget all paired devices from your smartphone/iPhone's Bluetooth list.

                        *Further uninstall the "Da Fit" app, reboot your smartphone & reinstall the app again.

                        *Try to pair the smartwatch again with your smartphone or another device.

                            Dear team,
                            As per discussion with Ambrane, i have a power bank under warranty and facing below mentioned issues:

                            ISSUE: 1) Unable to charge the power bank itself via adapter.
                            2) Mobile charging is not happening from the power bank.

                            Below are the specifications of power bank:-

                            Ambrane 20000mAh Power Bank with 10.5W Fast Charging, Dual USB Output, Made in India, Multi-Layer Protection, Wide Compatibility, Stylish & Compact Design + Free Type-C Cable (Capsule 20, Black)

                            I tried charging the power bank via another healthy data cable but still the charging did not happen.

                            Kindly initiate power bank pick up from your side on an urgent basis and return us to a healthy power bank.

                            I also wrote mail but no reply yet.

                            NOTE: If pick-up of a product is cancelled from the customer's end or not scheduled from our side due to any issue (non-serviceable area), the customer only needs to send the product further. Re-pickup cannot be processed. Also if we found the product in physically damaged / waterlogged or tempered condition, then you need to bear the delivery charges (100 INR).

                              Hello Team,

                              I have submitted my damaged powerbank for repairing at ambrane service center and I got RVSRN2302XCL00048 as service request number.

                              Ambrane provided me ticket number S230214MH2121206 based on which service center accepted the product for repairing.

                              I have given my product on 15th Feb for repairing and till now I have not got it.

                              I called service center and they told that product is not yet received from ambrane and I need to call customer care and get status. I called multiple times on ambrane customer care, but nobody picks up call.

                              I also wrote mail but no reply yet.

                              Kindly help please.

                                You need to pay the charges for service.

                                NOTE: You shall have no coverage under warranty if the product has been subjected to abnormal use, spills of liquid or unauthorized repair.

                                  I am using ambrane 20000mah powerbank, it was working fine till yesterday, the battery got finished, I plugged it in for a few hours, now it's dead, no lights, not charging the phone or anything, no response suddenly, there was no physical damage.

                                      I bought it from Flipkart in October.It stopped working within 3 months.no physical damage is happened.it suddenly stopped charging.I want to claim my warranty of the product under the 6 months warranty period policy.Kindly help
