Ambrane India — New unit has been working properly

I carried the Ambrane Aerosync Snap during vacation but on the third day I noticed the powerbank battery reducing even while it was sitting in the bag untouched for several hours. Initially thought maybe I forgot to switch it off properly, but the same thing happened once again. Raised it with support and they checked a few details and suspected the unit itself could be having an issue. After some verification, they arranged a replacement. The new one is working well and charging is consistent.
