Ambrane BT-25 portable speaker's battery is not working without plugin. Once I plug it out, it immediately turns off. Initially, the speaker was working was good. The battery back up was about 4 hours. But, now it seems that as if there is no battery inside the speaker. The battery is not at all changing. It's in the warranty period. After six months, the battery got damaged. It's been more than two months. I want to get the problem resolved as soon as possible. How can I get the battery replaced? Please guide me as soon as possible.
