I had brought your power bank on 18.11.16 and within a span of 4 months your power bank failed to charge twice even after getting its servicing done once in your traffic jam mobile service centre bhubaneswar. Now even after providing the service centre bhubaneswar the bill receipt model no. And ticket no. Given by your customer care service centre is complaining that he is unable to get log in my power bank even though your customer care service provider assured me to repair it properly as it is a repeat case. Waiting for your service!!!
