Ambrane India — ambrane power bank (power bank pp-20) is not charging

October 9th I purchased Ambrane power bank PP-20 through Flipkart .
I was happy but now it's not working means not charging
and I highly disappointed with this.since 20 days it's not charging

plz resolve my problem
