As per your discussion with our executive, we have forwarded the request to our logistics team for pick-up of product.
Please retain the packaging ready for pickup and ensure there is no physical damage to the product.

NOTE: If pick-up of a product is cancelled from the customer's end or not scheduled from our side due to any issue (non-serviceable area), the customer only needs to send the product further. Re-pickup cannot be processed. Also if we found the product in physically damaged / waterlogged or tempered condition, then you need to bear the delivery charges (100 INR).
Request you to pls update the same over mail, so I will get all updated information on time and same will be easy for tracking as well.
