I received the power bank, p-1111 through paytm today morning. It worked fine when i tried to charge my phone.

However, when i tried to charge the power bank, it's not responding. Led lights not blinking and power bank can't be charged.

It's just been 3-4 hours since i received the product.

I have already sent an email, so i request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

    I had brought your power bank on 18.11.16 and within a span of 4 months your power bank failed to charge twice even after getting its servicing done once in your traffic jam mobile service centre bhubaneswar. Now even after providing the service centre bhubaneswar the bill receipt model no. And ticket no. Given by your customer care service centre is complaining that he is unable to get log in my power bank even though your customer care service provider assured me to repair it properly as it is a repeat case.       I have went at customer service centre they told me to make a complaint on phone but phone is not connecting i am trying fron last 15days.

                            I order an ambrane p2000 power bank the 22 of march 2017 at paytm (Order id #[protected] | date wed, 22 mar 2017). Since then i suffer weak smartphone recharge. My lenovo k3 note takes a maximum of 1.5a however i recently measured the three available ports of this power bank. The 1a port gives around 1.4a while the supposed 2.1a ports gives me a mere 0.3a. This is not what is claimed and expected. I request a repair as this device should deliver what is expected. Unfortunately i cannot attached the invoice through this form.                             I guess you didn't read properly my complaint.
                            The 2.1A ports give me 0.3A while the 1A port gives me 1.4A.

                                Sir I have given my power bank at service center, and soon i will be updating about it.Till now the process was good.

                                sir the repaired power bank charging pin fell after two days o[censored]se.Sir your power bank batteries are of very good quality but I feel sad to say the chip quality and soldering quality is very bad.If the chip quality was good or some alternative way like providing a separate casing to the chip and more stronger soldering will make the product 100 times more durable and it will be easy for customers to replace that case(of chip and the charging pins; excluding batteries) by a new one in case of faults.It will be a win-win situation for all.Also I will be the first one to buy that product.
                                The system of tracking your powerbank via customer care by sharing workspace number is also good.Hope my power bank arrives soon.

                                  Mera ambrane ka 13000 mah ka power bank hai. Full charge karne ke baad only mere mobile ki 3000 mah battery ko 1 baar v full charge nhi kar pata hai. Abhi warranty me hai aur power bank kharab backup de raha hai. Please iska solution kayeye. Power bank ka battery backup bilkul acha nahi a raha aur mere local city me iska service centre bhi nahi hai. Please iska service karate.
