I have purchases a power bank from flipkart in 14 :12: 2017. Its 13000 mah power bank from ambrane and it manufacturing date is 0ct 2017 and now it is not working properly its not showing any indication or not charging my phone. I've tried charging it from diffrent pins but its not working at all.. Nd it says 1 years of warranty. Kindly see through it.

    I have purchases a power bank from flipkart last month.       Hey, there i am using a ambrane power bank. But i forget to register the power bank for the warranty and the keyword of my power bank :- p[protected] has been expired.

      So, i need your help to get new keyword and register my power bank.

      Currently, i got some problem in the power bank. And i tried to register a complaint about it, then i got the reply that this keyword of the power bank has been expired.

      So, please help me out here from this problem.

      I have a problem in the ambrane power bank P-2000. It charges the phone some 10% in 2 hours.

      I am regularly use the power bank but from last 10 days I got this problem.

      So how can I get the solution of this problem ?? The product is in warranty.
      So where I have to register the complaint about this problem to get proper solution of this problem.
      Sir Please, I want to exchange my ambrane 20000mah powerbank with 2 pieces of 6000mah powerbank of ambrane.
      Power bank is not performing like 10000 mah its perform like 3000 mAH

        As I purchased power bank from amazon and worked fine for few days. Nowadays it's not at charging . I tried to change multiple proper charging pins but still it remains same as not getting charge.
        I tried to reach customer service from ambrane end, they informed that the use won't take services for powerbank, only for laptops and mobiles. Refer proper procedure to take this to good hand.

          Hi,

          I have ordered a ambrane product from Amazon Jan 2018. It is not working now. I have warranty of one year. Iam fed up with this. Within 2 months it stopped working. It was an item gifted to someone special. Kindly check this and replace my product. When contacted amazon there was no proper response. The quality of the product is very poor . It's been only 2 months since is bought this powerbank and used only few times . This is a complete waste of money . Replace this to ensure the quality of your product in market else return my money . It seems like all the review comments made are fake. Please do the needfull.

Our city kindly contact nearby any dealer to replace it. I bought it online from. Amazom.in do something please p1122 is its model number.                 I purchased ambrane p-1310 power bank in october and now for some days i am not able to charge my mobile phone. The power bank doesn't charge properly and when i connect it with mobile it doesn't work. My friend suggested me to buy it assuring me it will work without any problem. I will really be happy if i get the replacement for it and my faith in ambrane will be the same because i believe the company is playing a huge role towards contribution in make in india.

                        I bought ambrane p-1310 in march 2017 and since last two months its not able to charge mobile. Warranty was given for one year but within year itself it became dead. When i put it on charging then light shows its under charging. But when i connect with the mobile for charging with ambrane p-1310 then it doesn't response any things and behave as if it is non responsive else dead.                           I have received a product on 20 Dec 2017 through paytm but not it's not getting charged completely now. It's shows 100% charged but when i insert phone it's shows only 25%. Very disappointed with the product and need solution asap.
                          Ambrane 1122 charging up to 3 LEDs and it is not charging up to the 4th LED but while charging, it shows full and 4 LEDs are glowing.. I changed my charger and did but it is showing the same while charging 4 LEDs are glowing but as soon as i stopped charging, and when I switch on the powerbank, only 3 LEDs are glowing, what shall I do ?
                          Sir, I bought a power bank Model : P-1250 in december and in just 20 days it’s charging capacity is degraded. It can charge only upto 2 cells and when it connected to the charger it shows that it is Full charged and After unplug the charger It shows it has only 2 cells

                            I bought tablet from the paytm with order id [protected] and invoce no 07a[protected]. From 10th day it was start showing problem. For 3 time i given it for the servicing still there is issue is not solved. Truely unsatisfied for the service and customer service also.

                            Its a waste of time there is 6 months lapse for the the 3 times servicing . there are only 5 months ARE REMAINING for the warranty. Can you give guarantee of replacement that the problem never occur again then only I will send for the product for the servicing. After 3 month of the purchase till date I don't use the product.
                            I have purchased the P-1311 powerbank from paytm on dated July 1, 2017 having order id [protected]. Product comes with the warrenty of 1 year. Powerbank was working well for a month but afterwords it is not working. Please do the needful.

                                I received ambrane power bank (P-1122 na 10000mah) from flipkart.com on 9th december 2017. It has a return policy within 10 days. But, to my surprise, the product stopped working on 11th day. I tried charging several times. However, two led was blinking while charging and after some time it stopped charging at two led itself. Now, it is charging till 1 led only.

                                I believed ambrane products as my friend is having another one with 13000mah. That’s the reason why i purchased this one. Now, i feel cheated as the product became defective just after the replacement policy duration.

                                I would like to have a new product instead of this faulty one.

                                  The power bank is not working (Neither its getting charged nor it is charging) since 2 weeks.
                                  I purchased the product from amazon india and my order number is order #[protected].
                                  The leds are also not working and its circuit has slipped down from its position. I haven't done anything wrong/false with the product as of now and i've used it with utmost care.
                                  The customer care numbers are also not working. I think those are fake numbers.

                                    However, when i tried to charge the power bank, it's not responding. Led lights not blinking and power bank can't be charged.

                                    It's just been 3-4 hours since i received the product.

                                      I had brought your power bank on 18.11.16 and within a span of 4 months your power bank failed to charge twice even after getting its servicing done once in your traffic jam mobile service centre bhubaneswar. Now even after providing the service centre bhubaneswar the bill receipt model no. And ticket no. Given by your customer care service centre is complaining that he is unable to get log in my power bank even though your customer care service provider assured me to repair it properly as it is a repeat case.
