    1. Purchased AWC-56 fast Mobile charger from flipkart delivered on 21 Nov 20.
    2. The charger went kaput on 28 Nov 20 night. It started making strange sounds as if it is getting burnt from inside thereby making it unreliable and unusable when plugged into socket for recharging mobile.
    3. I approached flipkart for replacement on 29 Nov 20 but they informed that window for same has closed on 28 Nov 20.
    4. I had very high regards for ambrane products as me and my family used powerbanks from ambrane and performance was good.
    5. I don't know now if this product is robust and reliable as we are using it for recharging of our expensive mobiles.
    6. The product is under six months warranty.

    I visited ambrane service centre at Mahadev Enterprises in dehradun and deposited the burnt charger with them on 05 Dec 20 vide ambrane complaint ID No S201205UK2004596 and was assured that replacement would be provided within 7 days. Now the month has come to an end and still the product has not been delivered to me. The service centre is saying delay is from ambrane end and they cannot do anything in that. Now they are avoiding picking up calls also. What kind of a service is this. The ambrane email ID mentioned on your forum is incomplete for me to respond to them directly.

      I am using it from 20 days. It was charging at good rate but now it doesn't charge my phone at that rate .The charging speed has been decreased. It now takes 1-2hr more to charge completely

                I bought ambrane-acm-1-1m-1-m-micro-usb-cable on 8/08/2020 from flipkart and it got delivered to me on 10/08/2020 since yesterday 31/08/2020 this cable is not working properly and not charging my device properly. I tried to contact ambrane customer care but they gave me a number of my nearest ambrane service center so, i tried to contact that number as well but it says incoming on this number is blocked.
                My product is in warranty and i want to get it replaced as soon as possible.

                Ambrane team kindly look into this matter soon.

                      Sir i bought an ambrane 20000 mah power bank (Pp_20) from an authorized reseller and have been using it since october 2019 but since april it has not been working and refuses to turn on. Kindly need help in replacing or repairing the product. I had huge hopes on ambrane as a company and had infact recommended it to many of my peers, i believe that your company will keep it's assurance in replacing the product even if it means after the current restrictions are lifted. Thank you for your help.

                            Hello i brought ambrane 10000 mah power bank (P-1122, na) from flipkart even after full charging of powerbank it is discharging very quickly like after full charging it discharges in 30-40min and thus only do 25-40% charging which is very performance as i brought 10000mah powerbank it doesnot even charge my phone once.

                              I bought power bank pp-11 10000mah battery in amazon on october 2019. It's stop charging within a month of purchase i given service it took almost 3weeks for service done. Now after service i used oly couple of times, again powebank is not getting charge. I hardly used 5 to 6 times from the purchase date with 1 service. I don't have a satisfaction on this product anymore, need a replacement.

                                  I bought this power bank in Aug 2019 from amazon. I hardly used it because i only use power bank while travelling. But to my surprise this product has stopped working suddenly. The battery inside has started swelling and the device seal has started opening. The outer case has opened up from middle. The product is such a waste of money.
                                  Last month i have purchased a ambrane power bank from amazon but with in 5 days i am start receiving the charging issue with this power bank.

                                      I bought an ambrane pp-20 20000 mah power bank from amazon 15 days ago, now after 15 days as soon as i try to charge my phone with the power bank, it blinks once & then goes off in an instance, & doesn't charge my phone either. The problem began 2 days ago when i tried to charge my device while outdoor & kept it in bag, later when i checked the percentage it was lower than before & the power bank wasn't charging the phone.
