I did purchase the ambrane power bank p-1122 on 15 December 2016 from b j infotech through paytm and it has stopped working now. The power bank is not all charging instead only heating. As the seller has given 1 year warranty please repair or replace the device as soon as possible.

This is very serious matter.
I had purchased the power bank in the month of February as bill attached. I used it 2 to 3 times in between.
On 7th jully the power bank was not charging the phone. I visited to authorized service centre, M/s. Sai Shoppee, situated Opposite Hotel Al zam zam, C.A road, chandrashekhar azad chouk, Nagpur.

Bought Ambrance power bank P-1122, 10000 mah through Snapdeal on Oct 4th 201, delivered by Oct 8th 2016.

Hardly a month and it doesnt charges the mobiles. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Sir, i bought a p1310 13, 000 mah ambrane device through flipkart on 25/5/16. I was content with it till september when it started behaving abnormally giving me headache while on journey.
