    I had ordered power bank though amazon on 19th january 2017. Since, past few weeks i am unable to charge any phone through the power bank. However, the power bank is fully charged.

      My ambrane power bank stopped working after a blink of the led torch the moment i inserted the input cable. It is still in warrenty i want you to resolve it i had tried to search the service centre but did not got any so filing a complain here...           power bank is not charging the phone

          I bought an ambrane p-1311 power bank from snapdeal on 30/7/2017, which i received a few days later.

          Initially, i didn't use the power bank much and it worked fine. A week later, the power bank started turning off immediately and it was needed to be power on frequently.

          And now, the power bank doesn't charge my phone or any other phone at all! I have tried changing the cable, charging the power bank to full,...

          Com. The follwing product is damaged with 2 months o[censored]se. Since they dont have sercice centres nearby my location i had to send it to new delhi and it was promised that courier charges will be refunded. Now i have received the product, but i have not received the refund. I have mailed more than 5 times regarding refund. But they are saying 10-15 days.               I order an ambrane p2000 power bank the 22 of march 2017 at paytm (Order id #[protected] | date wed, 22 mar 2017). Since then i suffer weak smartphone recharge. My lenovo k3 note takes a maximum of 1.5a however i recently measured the three available ports of this power bank. The 1a port gives around 1.4a while the supposed 2.1a ports gives me a mere 0.3a. This is not what is claimed and expected. I request a repair as this device should deliver what is expected. Unfortunately i cannot attached the invoice through this form.               I already use my Lenovo charging cable.
              I guess you didn't read properly my complaint.
              The 2.1A ports give me 0.3A while the 1A port gives me 1.4A.
              No, it doesn't work properly, by the way you talk to a Software Engineer...

                  sir the repaired power bank charging pin fell after two days o[censored]se.Sir your power bank batteries are of very good quality but I feel sad to say the chip quality and soldering quality is very bad.If the chip quality was good or some alternative way like providing a separate casing to the chip and more stronger soldering will make the product 100 times more durable and it will be easy for customers to replace that case(of chip and the charging pins; excluding batteries) by a new one in case of faults.It will be a win-win situation for all.Also I will be the first one to buy that product.
                  The system of tracking your powerbank via customer care by sharing workspace number is also good.Hope my power bank arrives soon.

                      I bought a Ambrane P[protected] mAh Power Bank
                      (White & Blue), two and half months back .I m not a frequent user of power bank, but after 10 to 15 days i realized it is not charging mobile properly. Even after fully charging the power bank, it manages to charge my Lenevo vibe mobile upto around 25 to 35 percent only.I tested the powerbank with other mobiles also but response has been poor.
                      Ensure the replacement of this power bank.

                          I bought Ambrane's power bank model P-1310 from Amazon.in. It's warranty card says to SMS to 56070 to avail warranty services. But the SMS isn't being delivered(Sending failed). I tried sending the SMS from different mobile networks. Didn't work. Why does Ambrane provide a fake number?!! Even more there is no option for registering for warranty service on their website!!!

                                Dear team,

                                I purchased the ambrane p-1122 na 10000 mah power bank on 23-may-2017 from flipkart, it was delivered on 29. May.2017 and it has stopped working from yesterday (10-may-2017).

                                Very disappointed.

                                It is not working. I kept it on charging my mobile for 2 hours, but it was not charged even 1%. As the seller has given 1 year warranty please repair or replace the device as soon as possible.

                                  I bought this powerbank from Amazon on 11 June 2016. After 5-6 months it was dead so gave it to your service centre (R K Telecom) at Andheri, Mumbai. They returned it after 1.5 months. But after that it was not charging my phone properly. Earlier it used to charge my phone fully for minimum 2 times but after the service it was not able to charge the phone fully (increase by 40-50% only). I again contacted the same service centre and they told that they were no more your service centre. When I went to your service centre at Boriwali they keep on telling to come the next day. Please see to it as it's urgent.

                                  Dear Mr. Roy, we would like to inform you that we are providing 6 months warranty on accessories(bettery, cable) of power bank as per your purchasing date it is over therefore if you have back up issue in your power bank therefore you need to pay charges for repairing .
                                  But when I purchased it was having a warranty life of 1 year. I have the documents.

                                    My product power bank p-1111, 10000mAh, all of a sudden not working since today, it's light and led not blinking anymore and it not getting charged and not even able to charge my phone now. It is completely dead now, i want complete replacement of this faulty product or some solution. Please do the needful. I tried charging it but it charges only once ND then switch offs.                                       I hav bought a 13000mah pwrbank online. Now it's short circuited inside. Its out put usb ports are not working and also charging slot. These slots seems melted too little. It's torch light is working. And the indicator led s are also blinking. Bt i can't recharge it. Its all input and out put slots are not working. As a loyal consumer of your product i want to fix this problem as soon as earliar.. Waiting for u r reply hopefully
