Hi,

I bought the Ambrane power bank recently. It is of Ambrane p-1310 product. This is not working as expected. From the day i got it, It has lot of issues like the charging cable recieved with this doesn't charge the mobile (loose coupling). I used my own cable and it charges only one mobile after charging it fully. Today I charged it fully for 4-5 hrs and then connected to mobile it doesn't respond nither the charging nor the torche associated with it.

I don't know what to do. Please do the needful. I have original bill and invoice of the purchase of the power bank.

    I have purchased an ambrane p[protected] mah power bank (Gold) (Qty-1, rate 999/-). Dispatched via javas, awb:unipayp3748400, paytm order ref:[protected]:payment shipment id:[protected]. After 2 months it was not working but i have not sent any complain as i have lost my invoice. But now after long searching i have got said invoice. Still it is under warranty period. Paytm didn't want to take any responsibility. Kindly guide me what to be done.

      Dear Team,

      I purchased the Ambrane power bank p-1122 on 01-Apr-2017 from B J Infotech through PAYTM, it was delivered on 03.April.2017 and it has stopped working now (19.Apr.2017).

      It is not even charging. I kept it on charging for 1-2 hours, but it was not charged even 1%. As the seller has given 1 year warranty please repair or replace the device as soon as possible.

        My product power bank p-1310 all of a sudden not working since today, it's light and led not blinking anymore and it not getting charged and not even able to charge my phone now. It is completely dead now, i want complete replacement of this faulty product I want you to get it replaced as i want to use new ambrane power bank rather using faulty one.         To avail warranty service i want to register my product. I bought today an ambrane power bank model no.-P-1122. When i creat a sms for register process i got a reply of " expired of keyword " . Then what shall i do, & how could i know the 15 digit serial no. Where it mentioned . Clear me about it plzz soon.

              And it has 1 year waranty too when we call snapdeal and ask for the replacement they are not ready to replace now what the hell can be done?

                Dear customer
                I have purchase power bank from your company but not working.So l had send to your service centre for repair.Then they are sent me back without any check by the lead times of one month.Again I have send the power bank no body is giving me reply so my requests is to improve the system and give me feedback.

                  I have been an Ambrane fan from last 3.5 years, but it seems now due to its market popularity the services and product quality are degrading day-by-day.

                  I have an Ambrane Power Bank which I had bought from Paytm on December 20, 2016 approximately a month back. To my disappointment the power bank has stopped working from last 2 weeks.

                  I am dropping you a mail now because I lost 10-12 days in useless follow up with Paytm guys who didn’t replied with Ambrane point of contacts.

                  Till date, I have already used 4 different power banks of Ambrane 2 models of 13000MAH, one 10, 000MAH, then I bought this 10, 000MAH again which is faulty and also I bought a 20, 000 MAH Ambrane power bank.

                  Now I want you to assist me with why this power bank stopped working in a month only. Please don’t end up stating that we will repair you this faulty stuff. I demand to get it replaced.

                  Because previously I got a power bank repaired which lasted only 45 days after its repairing. And if you repair this faulty stuff, you want me to use this repaired stuff for next 11 months considering it will work fine for next 11 months, when it failed in its very first month of warranty.

                  Note: FAULTY PRODUCT Bill is named under my Kid’s name: Chaitya Shah

                  Please call me if required to discuss this further.

                        got damaged with in 12 days of purchase.
                        As i escalated the matter with the online web site they suggested to a
                        service center in my town. When i consulted with them they said to raise a
                        query from your website, which the link directly leads to the feed back
                        page.
                        Kindly provide a suggestion for raising a query and to get my power bank to

                            I gave my power bank for service in service center in Ocean mobile Care, chennai, velachery, on 5th oct 2016. i went to receive it after a month, still it was not repair. from power bank to any mobile it is not charging, my warranty was their, so they ask me to come again, still it was not repair, they are cheating me for four months. please help me in getting that. my Workorder number- RVSRN1610OCM00005. i was calling them every week, am not getting proper response.

                              Dear Team,

                              This is very serious matter.
                              I had purchased the power bank in the month of February as bill attached. I used it 2 to 3 times in between.
                              On 7th jully the power bank was not charging the phone. I visited to authorized service centre, M/s. Sai Shoppee, situated Opposite Hotel Al zam zam, C.A road, chandrashekhar azad chouk, Nagpur.
                              They told me power bank has to sent to company for repairing.
                              They gave me job card against compliant no. RVSRN1607SSN00030 as attached. And asked me to come after 20 days.
                              On 27th July i received the said power bank. But I didn't check it whether it is working or not. Ikept it in the cupboard and went on tour for official work.
                              On 13th August I takes out of cupboard and found that, the said fault has not been resolved.
                              I went to service centre, again I was told for another 20 days.
                              This is the mockery of technical staff.
                              And the customer is affecting. If I will not be satisfied within next couple of days, I will highlight the said matter.

                                    I bought my ambrane power bank from amazon on 22nd jul 2016. Now all of a sudden my power bank has stopped charging. It is not even 6 months.
                                    I am not able to contact ambrane customer care also on the number provided.
                                    Ambrane website says for all product under warranty period and price more than 500 inr they provide door to door service.
                                    Please help me here....

                                      I have purchased 2 ambrane power banks. 1 of 10000 mah and another of 13000 mah. Both were working fine. But since past 2 months they are not giving proper backup. Their battery drain out in like 1 hour or less. Since i work in shifts and am totally dependent on these power banks to charge my device. I am having alot of trouble. I can buy new product. But if my product are in warranty and i can utilize them then wjy to buy new product. None of the cutomer care numbers of ambrane provided on net even on this website are valid. Kindly help me out on this.
