    I gave my power bank for service in service center in Ocean mobile Care, chennai, velachery, on 5th oct 2016. i went to receive it after a month, still it was not repair. from power bank to any mobile it is not charging, my warranty was their, so they ask me to come again, still it was not repair, they are cheating me for four months. please help me in getting that. my Workorder number- RVSRN1610OCM00005. i was calling them every week, am not getting proper response.

    Dear Mr. Dinesh, We have seen your complaint and as per your invoice bill your product is out of warranty so if you want to repair you then you need to pay charges for repairing .
    Please provide us the service centre details as my power bank is not getting charged and no led is blinking and it was purchased just before 10 days.

      Dear Team,

      This is very serious matter.
      I had purchased the power bank in the month of February as bill attached. I used it 2 to 3 times in between.
      On 7th jully the power bank was not charging the phone. I visited to authorized service centre, M/s. Sai Shoppee, situated Opposite Hotel Al zam zam, C.A road, chandrashekhar azad chouk, Nagpur.
      They told me power bank has to sent to company for repairing.
      They gave me job card against compliant no. RVSRN1607SSN00030 as attached. And asked me to come after 20 days.
      On 27th July i received the said power bank. But I didn't check it whether it is working or not. Ikept it in the cupboard and went on tour for official work.
      On 13th August I takes out of cupboard and found that, the said fault has not been resolved.
      I went to service centre, again I was told for another 20 days.
      This is the mockery of technical staff.
      And the customer is affecting. If I will not be satisfied within next couple of days, I will highlight the said matter.

            Ambrane power bank model no p1000 not charging

            I bought my ambrane power bank from amazon on 22nd jul 2016. Now all of a sudden my power bank has stopped charging. It is not even 6 months.
            I am not able to contact ambrane customer care also on the number provided.
            Ambrane website says for all product under warranty period and price more than 500 inr they provide door to door service.
            Please help me here....

            No helpline no is authentic of yours .I've suffered alot .mailed you complaints but not even a apology.
            Are you ever going to reply .is this the way to make money should be ashamed of your company .With What authenticity do you sell products these products are worse than a local market 200 rupee power bank .do you have any idea how we students save and buy original items .bought your power bank @700 from flipkart in June your power bank stopped in July tracing you since August .I don't know that even this is authentic or not .anyway please help .

              Hi,

              I have purchased 2 ambrane power banks. 1 of 10000 mah and another of 13000 mah. Both were working fine. But since past 2 months they are not giving proper backup. Their battery drain out in like 1 hour or less. Since i work in shifts and am totally dependent on these power banks to charge my device. I am having alot of trouble. I can buy new product. But if my product are in warranty and i can utilize them then wjy to buy new product. None of the cutomer care numbers of ambrane provided on net even on this website are valid. Kindly help me out on this.

                    Bought Ambrance power bank P-1122, 10000 mah through Snapdeal on Oct 4th 201, delivered by Oct 8th 2016.

                    Hardly a month and it doesnt charges the mobiles. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Have used different usb cables still doesnt work for my Galaxy S7. on my Galaxy S4 it charges but only for a min or less. need to press the on switch to start charging.

                    Need a replacement or refund for the product.

                        Sir, i bought a p1310 13, 000 mah ambrane device through flipkart on 25/5/16. I was content with it till september when it started behaving abnormally giving me headache while on journey. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Also, it often breaks down midway leaving the mobile connected only half charged or uncharged. I changed the usb twice thinking it to be defunct but to no avail. I may ask you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.                           this tab delivery date 31-august-2016 ... after 1weak usage tab shows many problems ... such as screen blinking ...waves on screen... vertical lines on screen... and frequently switch off device problem

                          service center says ambrane service is not here, this device we send to ambrane company for service...

                            I took an ambrane tablet in April 2016 and soon an issue popped up with charging port as expected, hence I visited one of service centre (Java telecom) in Borivali West. They repaired my device on chargeable basis in month of August 2016 and I got my device back, I was dissatisfied with the kind of device being repaired. The entire body was not properly fixed, the was problem with volume key and I returned back device later on volume key...

                            Ambrane people are selling chinese products under their names. My power bank was removed by airport security as it does not contain m a h return on it. The security people told me that any ambrane product is not allowed on flight as m a h is not written on its product even after complaining to ambrane and they did not listen to me and try to waste my time i would request all not to buy any ambrane products.
