*i have purchased a "ambrane p2000" portable battery charger on 16th February 2015. from infibeam.com and just under one month from march i am facing charging issue, *this battery claims to give 2000 ma charging current speed *but rather its delivering only 600 ma and *my phone can support maximum 1200 ma *its not delivering what its claimed and suppose to deliver and the main reason of purchase *so send mail to ambrane on 3rd April after couple of mails in communication on 15th April they arranged a pickup for the faulty product then days passed by i was waiting eagerly to get my power bank. *on 4th may i received mail from ambrane that they have shipped my charger back to me, i received it after 2-3 days i don't remember the date. but again in less than a month it happened again. same problem slow charging of device not showing indicators now i wrote them back *on 15th July it got picked-up, product got them delivered on 21st July . you were thinking why i am writing this its because its back from ambrane and it is still screwed up not charging properly *i am pissed of this now product is not working properly i have already serviced it 2 times and still problem persist, if you see its in service for 2 months i havent even used it when i needed it most, i don't have time to do this back and forth every time and it will eventually run out of warranty. *because when i called ambrane to refund my money and take the product back they raised there hands and told me that only seller can give me refund so i asked infibeam to refund my money and and take the faulty product back, but they also raised their hands and said we can only take action only after 72hrs of sale *they are just selling cheap unworthy product and looting people, *see the video proof of faulty product how much current it really delivers, i have also checked it on a device called "charger doctor" its the same result https://youtu.be/UQTexokFKzM *they said this video doesn't prove anything we don't be-leave in apps so i set a timer to record how much time it takes to charge my phone from Samsung charger and then from ambrane power bank the results are incomparable it took 4hours and 12 minuets to charge from ambrane power bank and Samsung wall charger did it in 1 hour and 35 minuets proof is here i have attached screen shot of both i don't want it, i want a refund i have 2 proofs and i know only you can stop such thing from happening to people regards Jayesh Dilip Choudhari Mumbai

    I have purchased Ambrane P-1300 in October 2014 it worked fine for few days and now the 1Amp output is not working and even it's not charging some times . I have cal'd the given numbers in your website many times but there's no response.and after struggling many time i.e., mailing them and calling them Finally now They are telling it's a physical damage so we can't replace or repair the product for a free-of-cost(as it was still under warranty)It's not a physical damage, the USB port(1 A Port) was a bit loose for the new product itself but i thought it's not a problem and hence i used the product it worked fine for a few days and after that the port is moving to inside while i try to plug a cable into it and after that it totally stopped working .And also they have said that they'll deposit the courier charges which was paid by me for sending the defective product to them but till now they didn't even done that too. So i request you to deposit the courier charges and also replace the product soon (as said by you in previous mails).Chandu [protected]

      My mini laptop LP-7 is not working even after resetting. I have send it before in month of may for same problem but my problem was not solve by care centre again my laptop is not work. It is not in warranty period also. Kindly pickup my laptop as soon as possible. For this I shall be much oblised with you.

        Hello All,

        I have purchased Ambrane Tablet phone last year June’ 2013. The received product got repaired within 2 weeks of purchase. I have raised request and sent an email to Ambrane Co. in the month of July’2013 to look into the issue. After sending lot of emails, regular calls they have responded and took the tablet phone for repair in the month of February’ 2014, it took more than 6 months for initial response.

        After sending the product for repair I have received the product in 15 days ( March’ 2014). When I started using the tablet, it again started giving me trouble. Again I have sent lot of emails, made calls and they have responded in the month of May’ 2014. I have sent the product to them in the month May’ 2014 and I didn’t received proper response from them and didn’t received my tablet phone as well.

        Whenever I am sending emails they’re not responding well and making me run around. Its almost 2 months that I didn’t received my product back. Their Product is not good and their Service is too bad.

        Before purchasing the product they said that, they have service centers all over the India and their will be no problem in service. But after purchasing they said that they have only one service centre i.e, in Delhi.
        So whenever the customer gets problem, they have to send the product to Delhi for repair. So they are cheating customers and increasing their sales.

        Ambrane Co. is cheating people with wrong information. Please take action against them.

          Sir, i have bought this calling Tablet worth INR 5,999 on 12/2/2013, the Tablet got permanently off 1 month ago, The warranty of the product says it has pick up warranty that means the company will collect the product from my place and repair it and then deliver back. I called to the customer care they told me to mail my
          address. so i mailed and got a reply on 24th may 2013. they told me to keep the tab ready a courier boy will collect it on 25th may 2013, but no one came i keep on waiting, i called several time to the customer care and they keep on telling the problem will be resolved but the result is nothing nothing
