Still In Transit From Last 15 Days ? Where is your head office Delhi ? or Dubai ? Even any product will reach Dubai in less days than your so called “transit” process.
Don’t you guys have any kind of SLA ? or ETA time lines ?
Firstly you sell us a faulty product and then you take months to repair that faulty product ?
What kind of service do you provide ?
Give Me a date or a timeline, and stop giving me copy pasted statements.

STRANGE PART IS EVEN YOUR WEBSITES HAVE WRONG INFORMATION.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been an Ambrane fan from last 3.5 years, but it seems now due to its market popularity the services and product quality are degrading day-by-day.

I have an Ambrane Power Bank which I had bought from Paytm on December 20, 2016 approximately a month back. To my disappointment the power bank has stopped working from last 2 weeks.

I am dropping you a mail now because I lost 10-12 days in useless follow up with Paytm guys who didn’t replied with Ambrane point of contacts.

Till date, I have already used 4 different power banks of Ambrane 2 models of 13000MAH, one 10, 000MAH, then I bought this 10, 000MAH again which is faulty and also I bought a 20, 000 MAH Ambrane power bank.

Now I want you to assist me with why this power bank stopped working in a month only. Please don’t end up stating that we will repair you this faulty stuff. I demand to get it replaced.

Because previously I got a power bank repaired which lasted only 45 days after its repairing. And if you repair this faulty stuff, you want me to use this repaired stuff for next 11 months considering it will work fine for next 11 months, when it failed in its very first month of warranty.

Note: FAULTY PRODUCT Bill is named under my Kid’s name: Chaitya Shah

Please call me if required to discuss this further.

              Dear Team,

              This is very serious matter.
              I had purchased the power bank in the month of February as bill attached. I used it 2 to 3 times in between.
              On 7th jully the power bank was not charging the phone. I visited to authorized service centre, M/s. Sai Shoppee, situated Opposite Hotel Al zam zam, C.A road, chandrashekhar azad chouk, Nagpur.
              They told me power bank has to sent to company for repairing.
              They gave me job card against compliant no. RVSRN1607SSN00030 as attached. And asked me to come after 20 days.
              On 27th July i received the said power bank. But I didn't check it whether it is working or not. Ikept it in the cupboard and went on tour for official work.
              On 13th August I takes out of cupboard and found that, the said fault has not been resolved.
              I went to service centre, again I was told for another 20 days.
              This is the mockery of technical staff.
              And the customer is affecting. If I will not be satisfied within next couple of days, I will highlight the said matter.

                    No helpline no is authentic of yours .I've suffered alot .mailed you complaints but not even a apology.

                      I have purchased 2 ambrane power banks. 1 of 10000 mah and another of 13000 mah. Both were working fine. But since past 2 months they are not giving proper backup. Their battery drain out in like 1 hour or less. Since i work in shifts and am totally dependent on these power banks to charge my device. I am having alot of trouble. I can buy new product. But if my product are in warranty and i can utilize them then wjy to buy new product. None of the cutomer care numbers of ambrane provided on net even on this website are valid. Kindly help me out on this.

                          You have given me fake product. I have ordered Ambrane P[protected] mAh Power Bank (White & Black) on 18 Nov 2016. Got devilvery on 22 Nov 2016 but intead of product only a cheap quality magazine placed inside a box just to balance the weight was delievered to me.

                            Bought Ambrance power bank P-1122, 10000 mah through Snapdeal on Oct 4th 201, delivered by Oct 8th 2016.

                            Hardly a month and it doesnt charges the mobiles. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Have used different usb cables still doesnt work for my Galaxy S7. on my Galaxy S4 it charges but only for a min or less. need to press the on switch to start charging.

                            Need a replacement or refund for the product.

                                Sir, i bought a p1310 13, 000 mah ambrane device through flipkart on 25/5/16. I was content with it till september when it started behaving abnormally giving me headache while on journey. It needs to be switched on repeatedly to keep it going untill the mobile is charged to capacity. Also, it often breaks down midway leaving the mobile connected only half charged or uncharged. I changed the usb twice thinking it to be defunct but to no avail. I may ask you to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.                                       Bought a amb rane power bank P1111 from Shopclues on Jan17, order of[protected].However it stopped working after 8 days.Now shopclues not returning it as per their policy and the ambrane service no. provided is not responding.Both shopclues and ambrane is cheating customer.We really want response or all customers to revolt against this frauds and take legal action.

                                        I baught a Ambrane Power Bank P-5200 B on 18th Nov, however right on 29th Nov it stops working. I called Flipkart and told the issue but they told me seller (BJ INFOTECH) have only 10 days replacement policy and you have to get it corrected from market on your own.
