Hello @Ambrane India

I recently bought a power bank from Amazon India on 5th February. It has a 6 months warranty but it seems that already the power bank has some issues.
Whenevr i try to charge my phone it starts blinking and power back up is just negligible.

I can’t return it on amazon as it was 7 days return only policy.

However i request you to help me out as the product has 6 months warranty and its just hardly 25 days since the purchase.

    Hi Team,

    I purchased ambrane power bank pp-205 on 10th oct 2021. Soon the power bank stopped working and I had to go to service center. The product was not replaced but the it was fixed and it started to work.

    But Again this product has malfunctioned and it has stopped charging, I cannot keep on visiting your service center again and again for this issue. It takes valuable time and money to visit your service center.

    Kindly replace this product from my home or provide pickup facility.

          I bought an ambrane pp-20 20000 mah power bank from amazon and after 4 months the blinking problem started. when i plugged in to a mobile its starts blinking for 3 -4 seconds and goes off.                 I had purchased a ambrane power bank model number P-1310 with input as DC 5V 1000mA and output as DC5V 1000mA BIS-IS 13252 (part 1) 2010 R[protected]. The device is malfunctioning. I require a service for this device in chennai. The light meant for charging glows continuously (white light) and not red light indicating charge is on. whether you plug in or not it is glowing continuously. please help me.

                  मैंने इस सितंबर 2021 में एम्ब्रेन पावर बैंक खरीदा है और 3 महीने भी नहीं इसने काम करना बंद कर दिया है। पावर बैंक पूरी तरह चार्ज होने पर भी कोई डिवाइस चार्ज नहीं कर रहा है।

                  USB पोर्ट ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहे हैं।

                  क्या आप कृपया इसे हल करने में मदद कर सकते हैं और इसके लिए एक प्रतिस्थापन प्रदान कर सकते हैं।

                            I ordered an Ambrane CBM-15 1.5m Braided 1.5 m Micro USB Cable through flipkart on jan 24 2021 and I received it on jan 29 2021. It is not working after 1 month.
