Sir i bought an ambrane 20000 mah power bank (Pp_20) from an authorized reseller and have been using it since october 2019 but since april it has not been working and refuses to turn on. Kindly need help in replacing or repairing the product. I had huge hopes on ambrane as a company and had infact recommended it to many of my peers, i believe that your company will keep it's assurance in replacing the product even if it means after the current restrictions are lifted. Thank you for your help.

I bought an ambrane pp[protected] mah power bank from snapdeal on 17th feb 2020, now as soon as i try to charge my phone with the power bank, it blinks once & then goes off in an instance, & doesn't charge my phone either. The problem began 20 days ago when i tried to charge my device while outdoor & kept it in bag, later when i checked the percentage it was lower than before & the power bank wasn't charging the phone. I tried changing the usb but the same problem still appeared & now i want my power bank to be replaced as soon as possible.

The problem began 10days ago when i tried to charge my device while outdoor & kept it in bag, later when i checked the percentage it was lower than before & the power bank wasn't charging the phone. My ambrane beard trimmer is electrically shocked when I plugged it in for charging. Now it is not working. It is under warranty. I request you to replace or repair my trimmer.My invoice no.is-FABVQ[protected]....

I have purchased ambrane power bank 10k model no. Pp-111-on 03 oct 2019. After using 4 month, it's charging capacity become very poor.
Now it can charge hardy one time of 4k. Battery after full charge.
I contacted with service center, they told me it takes 45-50 day for repairing, bcz it repairs only in delhi.
After approx 40 days i got my power bank back but i was shocked bcz ther was no improvement in it charging capacity,...

I have buyed a power bank from flipkart and it became dead after 2 months of good working and when i went to the service center they told me that you have to pay 600 for te restoration process but why should i pay for the issue the powerbank automatically became dead one day so is this my fault or the electronics.

Ambrane BT-25 portable speaker's battery is not working without plugin. Once I plug it out, it immediately turns off. Initially, the speaker was working was good. The battery back up was about 4 hours. But, now it seems that as if there is no battery inside the speaker. The battery is not at all changing. It's in the warranty period. After six months, the battery got damaged. It's been more than two months. I want to get the problem resolved...

Hello i brought ambrane 10000 mah power bank (P-1122, na) from flipkart even after full charging of powerbank it is discharging very quickly like after full charging it discharges in 30-40min and thus only do 25-40% charging which is very performance as i brought 10000mah powerbank it doesnot even charge my phone once.
Kindly replace it or take it return and refund me.

I bought power bank pp-11 10000mah battery in amazon on october 2019. It's stop charging within a month of purchase i given service it took almost 3weeks for service done. Now after service i used oly couple of times, again powebank is not getting charge. I hardly used 5 to 6 times from the purchase date with 1 service. I don't have a satisfaction on this product anymore, need a replacement.

My power is not working properly. Once it charge full then it shows full charging till it plugged off to the charging point but when we plugged off from charging point it shows no charging and led charging point is also not show any point of charging. I bought a this product from flipkart, after 3 of months its stop working, its charge cable isn't work its not share charge or data. Its in warranty so i change or fix this product. So please you Ã§an accept warranty claim and change my product. A cable is not works to share charge and data.

I bought this power bank in Aug 2019 from amazon. I hardly used it because i only use power bank while travelling. But to my surprise this product has stopped working suddenly. The battery inside has started swelling and the device seal has started opening. The outer case has opened up from middle. The product is such a waste of money.

The powerbank is completely charged but it is not working even after continuously pressing the power button given on the powerbank.
I have tried to re-charge it and then again switch it on but it does not seem to respond.
Also the slot given to charge the powerbank is also abruptly very small hence the wire supplied in the box cannot be used and i had to buy a new wire for just charging the powerbank...
