I bought Ambarane wice roam 2 smart watch from filpcart on 8th May 2023. Now it has only two days of battery backup. Similarly, when the watch is shaken, the display does not turn on. I request you to resolve these complaints

Ambrane India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We would like to inform you that the Wise-roam2 smartwatch provides backup upto 2 days only with "BT Calling" but normally it can last upto 7 days once fully charged. The standby time is 15 days.
Kindly check accordingly.
If the same problem persists, follow the below procedure:
*Initially reset the smartwatch & disconnect/forget all paired devices from your smartphone/iPhone's Bluetooth list.
*Further uninstall the "Da Fit" app, reboot your smartphone & reinstall the app again.
*Try to pair the smartwatch again with your smartphone or another device.
